There are different releases to download. The smalles one is the web-install, just ~3MB download and the rest will be downloaded on demand by the installer. For those, who wants to install offline, there are also the complete cd-images for download. With 636MB downloadsize for the all-in-one image, very small and a must download for every MS fan It contains the above listed development enviroments all as express editions.
